Blacktown Markets is a great place for you to dip your toe in the water of selling your own wares without many of the negatives that come with running a pop-up shop or a proper store. And you can enjoy the flexibility as a casual stallholder of only working the Sundays you want.
At Blacktown Markets, we know the key to having a successful market is encouraging first time and casual stallholders to participate in all the fun with the minimum of fuss. In fact, 50% of our market is made up of eager casual stall holders just like you.
THURSDAYS (FORTNIGHTLY)
Book by 5:00pm online or 5:00pm over the phone the day before to secure your stall (if not booked out prior)
Enter the Emerton Village Shopping Centre carpark from the main entrance and market staff will be on hand to direct you to your stall space.
Stallholder entry from 06:30am-07:30am
Please note: Pre-booked stallholders are only guaranteed a space in the market if they arrive before 07:30am.
Enjoy easy access to your vehicle – it stays with you on your stall site
Queuing up on the day (not guaranteed entry):
Stallholders who queue up on the day gain entry from 07::30am, pending space available after permanent and pre-booked casual stall entry.
UNDERCOVER STALLS
$55 for Undercover 5m (L) x 2.5m (W) Stall + Parking Undercover, Shade sails. Stall selling space is 5m long and 2.5m wide. Stall at Blacktown Midweek Markets Thursday only. Parking for regular cars, vans and utes behind the stall.
OUTDOOR STALLS
$40 for Outdoor 5m (L) x 2.5m (W) Stall + Parking. Stall selling space is 5m long and 2.5m wide. Stall at Blacktown Midweek Markets Thursday only. Parking for regular cars, vans and utes behind the stall.
THURSDAYS (MONTHLY)
Book by 5:00pm online or 5:00pm over the phone the day before to secure your stall (if not booked out prior)
Park along Halifax St, Macquarie Park or on the second floor of the shopping centre car park to unload your goods (unless you’re in a food trailer, truck, van) once unloaded, park you vehicle along Halifax St or on the second floor of the shopping centre carpark (free for stallholders), market staff will be on hand to direct you to your stall space.
Stallholder entry from 01:00pm-03:00pm

Stallholders who queue up on the day gain entry from 03:00pm, pending space available after permanent and pre-booked casual stall entry.

Enter the first driveway on the right from Cricketers Arms Road (between the Atura Hotel and Cricketers Arms Hotel) and join the middle lane
Stallholder entry from 05:00am-06:00am
Please note: Pre-booked stallholders are only guaranteed a space in the market if they arrive before 06:00am.
Stallholders with 3m x 3m marquees: Are required to arrive before 6:00am in order for us to accommodate your marquee. Arriving after 6:00am may result in limited or no spaces available which can accommodate 3m x 3m marquees.

$75 (includes $20 ‘dumping deposit’) for 5m size stalls. $55 stall price. $20 deposit price.
A 5m size stall includes a parking space for one standard car, van or ute (approximately 5 meters length) and a vacant stall space alongside your vehicle. Equipment is not included in the stall price. Equipment can be hired separately or provided by the stallholder. A standard stall provides approximately enough space for one marquee, two trestle tables frontage and two clothing racks (for example).
$125 (includes $20 dumping deposit) for 10m size stalls. $105 stall price. $20 deposit price
A 10m size stall includes a parking space for two standard cars, vans or utes or one truck (approximately 10m meters length) and a vacant stall space alongside your vehicle. Equipment is not included in the stall price. Equipment can be hired separately or provided by the stallholder. 10m size stall provides approximately enough space for 3 marquees, 6 trestle tables frontage and 4 clothing racks (for example).
There are no extra fees for insurance.
DUMPING DEPOSIT: Once packed up, please find a cleaning staff member to check your space is free of rubbish and your deposit will be returned on the spot in cash.
